Returns
Return Conditions
For items purchased on sale or at a discounted price, BRAZIL STORE does not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or for a store credit.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Is return shipping free?
No, the return is at your own expense, depending on the courier service and the country from which you are returning your package.

How long does it take to exchange a product?
If you indicate during the registration of your return that you would like to exchange a product, we will begin processing immediately. This ensures that your exchange will be completed within a few days.

What can I do if the product I want to exchange is no longer available?
Contact our customer service to discuss the available options. We will inform you when we expect the product to be back in stock. If you have already initiated your return and the product is unavailable, we will contact you to find a solution together.

Where can I find my order number to register my return?
You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It consists of five characters/numbers. If you did not receive this email correctly, our customer support team will be happy to assist you.

What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?
Unfortunately, it is possible that a product may be damaged during transport or production. Of course, we strive to resolve this issue with you. Please send an email to brazilstore.de@gmail.com with a photo of the problem. Our customer support team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What should I do if I want to return my order after the return period?
Please remember to send your return before the 20-day period expires. If, exceptionally, this is not possible, we offer the option to exchange the product for another or for a voucher. Ask our customer service for the available options.

How long does a refund take?
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After we receive your return at our warehouse, it will be processed within 14 business days. Using the tracking for your return, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From this point, the 14 business days begin. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a notification. Please note that it may take up to 6 days for the refund to appear in your account.

What are the conditions for a refund?
Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason.

Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with the tags still attached.

BRAZIL STORE cannot accept returns of items purchased during gift promotions or sales. Items purchased on sale can only be returned and exchanged for another product or a voucher.

Shipping costs for orders outside of Germany are non-refundable..
